1. Lead the wholesale risk management team of the firm 2. Administer and manage all risk management initiatives within the entity including enterprise risk management 3. Create and amend relevant policies linked to wholesale and other risk managment requirements to ensure our origination and portfolio monitoring is in line with our risk appetitite 4. Provide relevant reports including Early Warning signals to the Board/senior management w.r.t. risk management periodically 5. Developing/updating scorecards or rating tools to enable internal rating for all clients. 6. Establish and analyses various operational risk metric and indicators at business line level ensuring appropriate reporting and escalation of operational risk metrics and events. 7. Facilitates the development of risk mitigation strategies for the Company critical risks and for monitoring these risks. 8. Ensures effective alignment between operational Risk, information security and business continuity, internal audit and Compliance Functions.
