We are hiring an experienced Risk & Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a leading organization in the Broking/Capital Markets space.

What We're Looking For :

- 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Governance, GRC, Compliance, or Information Security

- Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations

- Experience in governance frameworks, risk assessments, policy management, and audit compliance

- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX, and cybersecurity controls

- Expertise in operational risk, technology risk, vendor risk, and data governance

- Prior experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Trading Platforms, or Financial Services preferred
