Rippling - Senior Recruiter - Business Hiring

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Rippling's Customer Support, Sales, and Account Management teams in India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting across Customer Support, Sales, and Account Management roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and selection criteria.

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

- Drive hiring metrics and share regular progress updates with stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate data and compliance in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Collaborate closely with the HR and TA operations teams to ensure a seamless process from offer to onboarding.

Requirements:

- MBA degree or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Customer Support, Sales, or Account Management roles.

- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment in high-growth or tech-driven organizations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
