About the role:
- Rippling's Product Specialist team ensures customers see incredible business transformation through Rippling's most complex products.
- Our engagements are consultative. Our specialists deeply understand the customers' unique pain points, offer creative solutions, and build/set up their Rippling environment to address their needs. Hence, our specialists serve as a bridge between the customer and product teams. They are instrumental in driving adoption.
- This role is to manage a new team of IT Specialists to drive exponential impact of LTV and adoption.
- The ideal candidate for this role has experience leading teams, building processes and systems, driving operational rigor, implementing IT products (specifically- Apps, IAM, MDM, Okta, Azure), and working with cross-functional stakeholders. They must also handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a team with high standards.
What you will do:
- Mentor, hire, and lead a team of product specialists.
- Drive an implementation team to successfully meet KPIs: productivity, project completions, adoption thresholds, and CSAT.
- Continuously measure the effectiveness and quality of our IT implementations and make process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV.
This role requires a strong understanding of the below:
- MDM, IAM, Identity Management solutions, and other IT-related solutions. Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta is good to have.
- Lead trainings for internal and external resources to increase the overall knowledge of Rippling's IT products
- Actively contribute to the development of Rippling's IT Products through collaboration with sales, product and engineering
- Regularly coordinate with product and engineering teams to fix bugs and launch new features
- Serve as a connector between engineering, product, and other customer-facing teams
- Organize beta programs and support GTM efforts for IT product launches
What you will need:
- 6+ years of experience implementing IT products (prior management experience is strongly preferred)
- Strong prioritization and time management
- Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
- Data and process-centric leader with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
- Experience in growing teams with a learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain
- Able to work with cross-functional leaders to drive improvements to product and processes
Note:
- This is a hybrid role and will require you to work out of our Bangalore office three days a week.
- This job requires you a to work in the EST shift.
