About the role : - Rippling's hyper-growth has led to a newly created role on our HR team! We're looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to (a) provide front-line HRBP support to managers and leaders in India (b) contribute towards larger People team charter at a global level, by partnering with HRBPs to transform our people processes and programs to accommodate future scale (c ) Build and HR scaled service operations for employees - With the company having tripled its headcount last year and on pace to double again this year, there is an excellent opportunity for impact.
