Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from creative ideation and influencer selection to execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing community/influencer team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and creativity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top influencers, creators, talent managers, and agencies to unlock high-value partnerships.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to build compelling responses to campaign briefs and pitch innovative influencer-led ideas.
- Own client servicing and communication at a strategic level ensuring smooth coordination, expectation setting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and deliver clear, timely reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of platform and content trends (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc. ) to continuously evolve campaign strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, brand campaigns, or content strategy preferably in a digital-first, agency, or creator economy environment.
- Proven ability to lead influencer marketing campaigns from brief to execution, with measurable success metrics.
- Strong existing network across talent managers, influencer agencies, and key creators across niches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in managing client relationships, campaign reporting, and project timelines.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, trends, and emerging creator tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
