About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success team, particularly during deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripiks products. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned developers, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interface between Customer and Ripiks Technical Team (Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)

- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments

- Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.

- Spend the day around Planning, Prioritize and Tracking the activities of the POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware, Software Engineers team

- Drive Technical Problem and Practical trouble Shooting of Engineering and Data Science Team

Required Skills & Experience:

- B.Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM A/ B/ C/ L

- 5 plus years of work experience in Top Tier Consulting

- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
