Ripik.ai builds patented full stack software for automation of decision making on the factory floor. Today, they are deployed at more than 15 of the largest and most prestigious enterprises in India including the market leaders in steel, aluminum, cement, pharma, paints, consumer goods and others.
It is one of Indias very few AI product start-ups to be a partner to GCP, Azure and AWS. We are also the AI partner of choice for CII, ICC and NASSCOM.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to guide our Customer Success team, particularly during deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripiks products. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned developers, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface between Customer and Ripiks Technical Team ( Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)
- Integrate the Hardware , Software , Data Science and Customer Success Manager and drive the Product Deployments
- Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.
- Spend the day around Planning , Prioritize and Tracking the activities of the POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers team
- Drive Technical Problem and Practical trouble Shooting of Engineering and Data Science Team
Required Skills & Experience:
- B.Tech from IIT college only and MBA from IIM A/ B/ C/L
- 2-3 years of work experience in Product Manager role, preferably from Consulting Background
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
