Responsibilities: - Identify potential content creators across various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) based on specified criteria and target audience. - Conduct in-depth research to understand the content, audience, and engagement of identified creators. - Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential creators. - Use online tools, databases, and social media platforms to source leads. - Initiate and maintain communication with potential creators through email, social media, and other relevant channels. - Build and nurture relationships with creators, understanding their needs and aspirations. - Collaborate with the sales and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition of potential creators into clients. - Assist creators in understanding Rigi's services and benefits. - Evaluate the quality and relevance of potential creators' content to ensure alignment with Rigi's client portfolio. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content creators to keep the company ahead of the curve. - Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and conversion rates. - Prepare regular reports and updates on acquisition activities and results. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience inB2B SAAS sales, lead generation, or client acquisition, especially in the digital content creation industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in using digital tools and software for lead generation and tracking.
