Were looking for a Manager Revenue Operations to join our team in Bangalore, where youll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimizing revenue processes, and empowering data-driven decision-making.
What Were Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, revenue/sales operations, or business strategyideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- [Preferred] Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and understanding of GTM workflows (lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting).
- Experience in sales incentive design, forecasting, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
- A growth mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
- Define and manage sales targets, design incentive programs, and ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.
- Optimize GTM workflows and sales territories leveraging tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay to drive productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key revenue, funnel, and productivity metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance across segments.
- Lead automation and system enhancement projects, piloting AI-native tools to improve forecasting, data accuracy, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality analytics to support executive business reviews and strategic planning.
