Role Overview:
- The Vice President - Corporate Strategy will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, growth roadmap, and business transformation initiatives of Ridhira Group.
- This senior leadership role involves collaborating with the Managing Director and CXOs to conceptualize, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives across verticals - real estate, hospitality, wellness, and allied services.
- The incumbent will lead strategic planning, M&A assessments, fundraising initiatives, business diversification, and strategic partnerships to position Ridhira Group as a market leader in its sectors.
Key Responsibilities.
- Strategic Planning & Growth.
- Develop and implement the group's long-term strategic plan, aligned with the vision and goals of the Board and Management.
- Identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential risks in real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors.
- Drive annual and multi-year business planning processes, setting clear KPIs and measurable objectives.
- Support expansion into new geographies, product categories, and business models.
Corporate Development & Investments:
- Lead strategic investment evaluations, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for new ventures and partnerships.
- Identify and assess M&A, JV, and fundraising opportunities to enhance business value.
- Work closely with financial institutions, investors, and advisory firms for capital structuring and funding strategies.
Business Transformation & Operational Excellence:
- Partner with CXOs and functional heads to improve business performance, profitability, and process efficiency.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance digital transformation, cost optimization, and scalability.
- Track project and business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare strategic presentations, investor decks, and Board reports articulating business growth narratives.
- Liaise with investors, financial partners, consultants, and regulatory bodies for corporate projects and expansion initiatives.
- Represent the company at high-level business forums, investor meets, and strategic negotiations.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Business Analytics team.
- Foster a data-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a financial acumen.
- Deep understanding of real estate development, hospitality operations, and capital structuring.
- Expertise in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and business priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience - MBA / CA / CFA / or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or hospitality industries is mandatory.
