Job Title: Project Management Officer (PMO).

Location: Hyderabad (Nanakramguda).

Experience: 8-10 years.

Industry Preference: Real Estate | Hospitality | Architecture | Construction.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Oversight:

- Establish and manage the project management framework, templates, and best practices across departments.

- Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs in collaboration with department heads.

- Monitor progress of active projects and flag potential risks or delays.

Planning & Execution:

- Coordinate with architecture, design, procurement, finance, and operations teams for smooth project execution.

- Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies where applicable - organizing sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the central point of communication for management updates and project reporting.

- Prepare detailed dashboards and performance reports for leadership review.

- Facilitate decision-making by ensuring transparency on project status and dependencies.

Budget & Resource Management:

- Work closely with finance to track budgets and costs.

- Optimize resource allocation across projects to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Leadership & Mentorship:

- Lead a small team of project coordinators and analysts.

- Mentor departments on project management tools, documentation, and best practices.

- Drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or Project Management.

- PMP, Prince2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.

- 8-10 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in real estate, construction, hospitality, or design firms.

- Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing cross-functional, high-value projects with complex dependencies.
