About the Role:
- Ridhira Group is expanding its hospitality and wellness verticals with multiple luxury hotel and resort pre-opening projects.
- We are seeking a Director - Talent Acquisition with exclusive experience in the hotel industry to lead mass and leadership hiring for pre-opening operations.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of setting up complete talent frameworks for new hotel/resort openings, with strong experience across rooms division, F&B, culinary, spa/wellness, engineering, sales & marketing, and corporate hotel functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening Hiring Leadership.
- Develop and execute a pre-opening manpower plan for new luxury hotels and resorts.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, corporate, and leadership positions in hospitality.
- Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Operations, and Owners to define hiring timelines and go-live readiness.
Hospitality Talent Strategy.
- Build a strong talent pipeline with specialization in luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands.
- Lead volume hiring for operations and niche hiring for spa, wellness, retreats, and wellness tourism positions.
- Implement global hospitality hiring trends, competency-based interviewing, and culture-fit mapping.
Vendor & Industry Partnerships.
- Manage relationships with hotel hiring consultants, overseas agencies, hotel management colleges, and industry associations.
- Build partnerships with hospitality training institutes to secure continuous talent supply for seasonal and permanent requirements.
Recruitment Technology & Process Excellence.
- Implement recruitment SLAs for every stage - from sourcing to onboarding for pre-opening projects.
- Drive digital hiring platforms and ATS systems tailored for hospitality workforce management.
- Ensure candidate experience aligned with luxury hospitality service culture.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
- Lead an internal TA team designed for scalable hiring across multiple properties.
- Conduct weekly recruitment review meetings with CXOs, brand heads, and hotel project - teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality labor regulations and international hiring norms (if applicable).
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years handling pre-opening hotel/resort recruitment is mandatory.
