Role Overview.
We are seeking a highly accomplished finance and strategy leader with deep expertise in #RealEstateInvestments, #Transactions, and #AssetManagement.
The Vice President will drive strategic growth, lead investment decision-making, and optimize performance across Ridhira Groups real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute corporate strategy for #LuxuryResidential, #MixedUseDevelopment, and #CommercialAssets.
- Conduct Feasibility Studies, Market Assessments, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead Investment Structuring, Joint Venture Negotiations, and large-scale #AcquisitionDeals.
- Manage Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Valuation, and transaction execution.
- Build relationships with Investors, Funding Partners, Private Equity, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
- Optimize Portfolio Performance, enhance revenues, and reduce costs.
- Oversee Fund Raising, Debt Funding, and Equity Capital structuring.
- Integrate ESG and Sustainability principles into real estate investments.
Skills & Experience Required.
- 15+ years experience in Real Estate Strategy, Investments, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven track record in High Value Transactions exceeding $100M.
- Strong expertise in Deal Structuring, Financial Analysis, and Valuation.
- Global exposure in GCC, MENA, or Southeast Asia markets preferred.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills, Stakeholder Management, and Leadership.
Education:
- Masters degree in Finance/Management or equivalent.
- CFA Level 3 candidate preferred.
