Location: Hyderabad (Nanakaramguda / Projects across India).

Industry: Hospitality / Real Estate / Luxury Communities.

Experience: 15-20 Years (Hospitality / Hotels Mandatory).

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement & Contracts leader to drive end-to-end sourcing, contract management, and cost optimization strategies across large-scale hospitality, wellness, and real estate projects.

- The role will be responsible for managing procurement across pre-opening, construction, renovations, and operational phases, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:

- Develop and implement centralized procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Drive strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Identify procurement opportunities across projects, operations, and new developments.

- Lead global and domestic sourcing for materials, FF&E, OS&E, and services.

Contracts & Commercial Management:

- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, negotiation, execution, closure).

- Handle high-value contract negotiations with contractors, vendors, and consultants.

- Ensure commercial viability, risk mitigation, and compliance with statutory norms.

- Oversee tendering processes (RFI / RFP / RFQ / ITT) and bid evaluations.

Project Procurement (Pre-Opening & Development):

- Manage procurement for civil, MEP, interiors, and hospitality fit-outs.

- Support design, planning, and execution teams for timely project delivery.

- Ensure alignment with brand standards (luxury hotels / wellness retreats).

- Drive procurement for green / sustainable / LEED-certified projects.

Vendor Management & Supplier Development:.

- Build and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem (local & international).

- Lead supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.

- Conduct e-auctions and competitive bidding to ensure best pricing.

- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key vendors.

Budgeting, Cost Control & Cash Flow:

- Drive budget planning, cost benchmarking, and variance control.

- Monitor project and operational procurement budgets.

- Optimize cash flow, payment cycles, and working capital efficiency.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Operations Procurement:

- Oversee procurement for ongoing hotel/resort operations.

- Manage sourcing for F&B, retail, spa, and facility management.

- Ensure uninterrupted supply chain and inventory optimization.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, import/export regulations (EPCG/DFCE).

- Maintain procurement policies, SOPs, and audit readiness.

- Ensure ethical sourcing and governance standards.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor procurement and contracts teams across projects.

- Collaborate with projects, finance, design, and operations teams.

- Work closely with leadership on procurement strategy and planning.

- Engage with international brands, consultants, and partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leadership.

- Contract Negotiation & Commercial Acumen.

- Vendor Management & Supplier Development.

- Tendering (RFI/RFP/ITT) & E-Auctions.

- Budgeting, Cost Optimization & Cash Flow Management.

- Project Procurement (Civil, MEP, Interiors, FF&E, OS&E).

- Import/Export & Regulatory Compliance.

- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration.

Preferred Background:

- Mandatory experience in Hospitality / Hotels / Resorts / Luxury Projects.

- Experience with brands like Accor, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Mahindra Holidays, etc. preferred.

- Exposure to large-scale multi-location projects and pre-opening setups.

- Experience in sustainable / green building projects is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering / Science / Commerce).

- Certifications in Supply Chain / Procurement / Project Management (preferred).
