Description:
Job Title: Head Human Resources (Hospitality & Pre-Opening Hotels).
Location: Hyderabad.

Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director.
Role Purpose:
The HR Head will lead the end-to-end human resources function for Ridhira Groups hospitality, resort, and hotel pre-opening projects, ensuring timely manpower planning, strong HR processes, compliance, and a high-performance service culture.
The role requires hands-on experience in hotel pre-openings, staffing, SOP implementation, and alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening HR & Manpower Planning:
- Lead HR pre-opening activities for hotels, resorts, wellness retreats, and hospitality projects.
- Create manpower budgets, staffing plans, and recruitment timelines aligned with project milestones.
- Drive bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and critical role onboarding before opening.
- Coordinate with Operations, Project, and Finance teams to ensure timely readiness.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles: operations, F&B, housekeeping, front office, engineering, spa, sales, finance, and support functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines, vendor partnerships, hotel institutes, and referral programs.
- Ensure hiring strictly from hotel / hospitality background.
HR Policies, SOPs & Compliance:
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, service standards, and employee handbook aligned with hospitality norms.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and hospitality regulations.
- Manage contracts, payroll coordination, attendance systems, and audits.
Training, Culture & Service Excellence:
- Drive induction programs, service culture training, grooming, and hospitality etiquette.
- Partner with department heads to roll out SOP trainings and pre-opening readiness programs.
- Build a strong guest-centric and performance-driven culture.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
- Design and manage PMS, KPIs, appraisals, and incentive structures for hotel staff.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and retention strategies.
- Manage disciplinary actions in line with hospitality best practices.
HR Operations & Leadership:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the leadership and hotel operations team.
- Lead and mentor the HR team across multiple hospitality locations.
- Support expansion, new property launches, and ongoing operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong exposure to hotel pre-openings and hospitality HR operations.
- Excellent recruitment, manpower planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality labour laws and compliance.
- Ability to build service culture from scratch.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
- Hands-on, operational, and execution-focused approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Hotel Management (preferred).
- 1218+ years of experience in hospitality / hotel industry only.
- Mandatory experience in multiple hotel or resort pre-openings.
- Experience with luxury hotels, resorts, wellness retreats preferred.
- Exposure to multi-property HR operations is an advantage.
