The Role:

We are hiring a -Head of Digital Sales & Pre-Sales- a first-of-its-kind leadership role that consolidates all pre-sales, digital sales, lead generation, CRM, and revenue operations across every Ridhira Group business unit into a single, seamless, frictionless customer acquisition engine.

This is not a traditional sales role.

This is a -revenue architecture role- for someone who thinks in funnels, pipelines, automation, and lifetime customer value; who can unify B2C wellness memberships, B2B spa partnerships, luxury real estate bookings, retreat reservations, and Ayurvedic product sales into one intelligent, data-driven journey.

You will be the -owner of the top and middle of the funnel- across the entire Ridhira Group, reporting directly to the Founder & Group MD.

What You Will Own?

Unified Pre-Sales Architecture:


- Design and operationalise a single pre-sales function spanning Ode Spa memberships, Ridhira Retreats bookings, Ridhira Zen resort inquiries, wellness real estate pre-launches, Ayurvedic retail & clinic leads, and Ode Life Center memberships.


- Build a centralised lead qualification framework (ICP scoring, intent mapping, BANT/MEDDIC models) applicable across all business units.

- Create a frictionless handoff protocol between digital lead capture - pre-sales nurture - sales closure - post-sale onboarding.

Digital Sales Strategy & Execution:


- Own all digital-first revenue streams: WhatsApp Commerce, Instagram DM sales, website lead-to-conversion journeys, app-based booking flows, and marketplace listings.

- Drive performance marketing collaboration (Meta, Google, programmatic) with a clear revenue attribution model - not just leads, but closed revenue.

- Build and manage an inside sales / digital sales team of 8-15 professionals across business units.

- Implement AI-driven lead scoring, chatbot pre-qualification, and automated nurture sequences using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, CleverTap, or equivalent.

CRM & Revenue Operations:


- Consolidate all group-level CRM data into a single customer view - eliminating silos between spa, retreat, real estate, and retail verticals.

- Define and own key sales metrics: MQL- SQL conversion rate, cost per qualified lead, sales cycle length, pipeline velocity, revenue per lead source, LTV:CAC ratio.

- Implement sales dashboards and real-time pipeline visibility for the leadership team.

- Integrate CRM with the group's AI Agent OS platform for predictive lead management.

Customer Journey Design:


- Map and redesign the end-to-end pre-sales journey for each business unit - from first touchpoint (ad/social/referral) to signed agreement or first transaction.

- Eliminate drop-off points using behavioural data, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops.

- Build a VIP/HNI concierge sales track for luxury real estate and premium wellness memberships (- 5L- 50L+ ticket sizes).

Partnership & Channel Development:


- Identify and onboard channel partners: corporate wellness buyers, travel agents, wealth managers, NRI networks, and luxury lifestyle concierges.

- Build referral and affiliate programs across the group's customer base (leveraging Ode Spa's large annual footfall).

- Develop co-sell and cross-sell frameworks across group verticals (e.g., spa member - retreat guest - Ayurveda programme - real estate prospect).

Team Building & Sales Culture:


- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance pre-sales and digital sales team.

- Build scripts, playbooks, objection-handling frameworks, and training modules for each product line.

- Institutionalise a culture of pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and data-first selling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You have:

- 10-18 years of experience in sales leadership, pre-sales, or revenue operations - ideally spanning at least two of the following: wellness, hospitality, luxury real estate, FMCG/D2C, healthtech, or edtech.

- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling digital sales teams from scratch.

- Deep expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho CRM) and marketing automation (CleverTap / MoEngage / Leadsquared).

- Strong command of digital acquisition funnels - Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO-driven lead flow, WhatsApp Business API, and organic social conversion.

- Experience managing high-ticket, high-consideration sales (- 5L- 5Cr range) with long nurture cycles.

- Comfort operating in a multi-brand, multi-product environment with diverse buyer personas (HNI individuals, corporates, NRIs, wellness enthusiasts, real estate investors).

- Strong analytical capability - you read dashboards before you read emails in the morning.

- Experience hiring, managing, and developing inside sales or pre-sales teams of 10+ people.

Bonus if you have:


- Experience in luxury wellness, Ayurveda, integrative health, or destination resorts.

- Exposure to real estate pre-sales or channel partner management.

- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, conversational AI, or agentic CRM workflows.

- International sales exposure - particularly US, UAE, Singapore, UK (NRI markets).

- Prior startup or high-growth company experience at Series B-D or family-owned conglomerate scale.
