Job Title : Creative Head.

Location : Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad.

Department : Marketing & Branding.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm).

- Experience Required: 10+ years in Creative Direction, preferably in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, real estate, or wellness sectors.

Role Overview:

- The Creative Head will lead the overall creative vision and brand expression of Ridhira Living across all platforms - digital, print, events, real estate, resort hospitality, and wellness initiatives.

- This role demands a visionary creative leader who can translate strategic brand goals into compelling visual and experiential narratives that connect with high-end audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership.

- Lead and drive the creative vision for the brand across all channels including digital marketing, social media, brochures, events, video production, photography, interior design language, and architecture branding.

- Set and maintain high standards for creative output ensuring alignment with Ridhira's wellness-luxury ethos.

- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, architecture, operations, and wellness teams to deliver unified and impactful brand expressions.

Brand Development.

- Refine and evolve the Ridhira Group and all its verticals identity including tone, imagery, color palettes, visual storytelling, and messaging for all business verticals (real estate, retreats, wellness experiences).

- Brand Partnership Launches.

- Consistently manage each of ridhira group digital assests.

- Develop branding guidelines and ensure adherence across all teams and vendors.

- Create and evolve sub-brands for different projects ( villas, resorts, spas, wellness centers).

- Content Strategy & Digital Presence.

- Guide content creation strategies for digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, blogs, and newsletters.

- Oversee the creative direction for website UI/UX, email marketing design, and brand storytelling.

- Campaign Creation.

- Conceptualize, direct, and oversee campaigns for product launches, real estate sales, retreat experiences, corporate wellness programs, and digital promotions.

- Direct end-to-end creative production - storyboarding, video shoots, photo shoots, copywriting, graphic design, and post-production.

- 10+ years of creative leadership experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, branding, and campaign execution.

- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, real estate, or luxury/lifestyle segments strongly preferred.

- Deep understanding of branding principles, digital content strategies, and consumer behaviour.
