Description: Brand Manager - Real Estate & Communities.
Location: Hyderabad.
About the Role:
This is not a conventional brand role.
You will be shaping a category defining platform at the intersection of luxury real estate, wellness, and community living.
The mandate is to build a brand that doesnt just sell homes but increases the lifetime value of every community member.
You will operate as the single threaded brand owner, working directly with the Founder, balancing strategy, storytelling, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and evolve brand positioning across projects (Ridhira Zen, Amara, upcoming launches).
- Build a distinct category narrative (e.g., wellness-led residential communities).
- Translate philosophy into market-ready messaging that drives site visits and conversions.
Campaign Ownership (End-to-End):
- Lead full campaign lifecycle: brief creative media attribution.
- Drive high-impact launches and always-on brand storytelling.
- Ensure alignment between brand narrative and sales funnel performance.
Content & Creative Leadership:
- Own visual and verbal identity across touchpoints.
- Brief and direct agencies, photographers, and designers.
- Maintain premium aesthetic standards across digital, print, and on-ground experiences.
Community & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Build brand beyond acquisition, focus on retention, advocacy, and belonging.
- Design member journeys and engagement frameworks.
- Increase LTV through community-driven brand initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Translate buyer insights into sharper brand and communication strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Data-Informed Decision Making:
- Track and interpret performance across CRM, GA4, and ad platforms.
- Use insights to refine messaging, creative, and channel strategy.
- Balance brand-building with measurable business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 4-7 years in brand/marketing roles.
- 3+ years in premium real estate, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end campaigns.
- Experience in community, membership, or retention marketing is a strong advantage.
- Background in founder-led or high-ownership environments preferred.
Education (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
- MBA (Tier 1: IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or global equivalents).
- Undergraduate degree in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts.
- Exposure to luxury brand management or wellness/philosophy is a plus.

- High taste level and attention to detail.
Bonus Experience:
- Exposure to NRI / global luxury buyer segments (especially MENA).
- Multilingual: Hindi or Telugu.
- Experience across real estate + lifestyle + content ecosystems.
