About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, WhatsApp, and Content-led Conversion Marketing.
The ideal candidate should have agency experience managing large-scale budgets (2 Cr+ annually) and a solution-oriented mindset.
If you are tech-savvy, well-versed in marketing automation, and capable of leveraging AI tools to drive ROI, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, and WhatsApp marketing with multi-crore budgets.
- Build and optimize conversion-driven campaigns using creative storytelling, content marketing, and data insights.
- Own the full-funnel performance strategy: Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention.
- Implement WhatsApp marketing automation for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and conversion journeys.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-impact ad creatives, landing pages, and WhatsApp workflows.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (HubSpot, Clevertap, Zapier, MoEngage, etc.) to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Continuously analyze data to improve CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Provide performance insights and reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends in content marketing, paid media, and AI-driven automation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of digital performance marketing experience in an agency environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, Programmatic buying, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing 2 Cr+ campaign budgets with consistent ROI.
- Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel building, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience in content-driven campaigns and audience engagement through storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for optimization, insights, and creative personalization.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms for scaling campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
