Role: Manager - Founder's Office Location: New Delhi WHAT YOU WILL DO: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual passionate about moving things forward. As a key team member, you will drive strategic initiatives across multiple areas, work in a fast-paced environment, and create impact across multiple areas. The Manager, Founder's Office would be expected to: 1. Provide critical support to the founder(s) and play a key role in driving the organization's strategic growth initiatives. 2. Be the program manager for organization-wide initiatives, including: 3. Ensuring timely execution of required tasks 4. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders 5. Early recognition and highlighting of any expected roadblocks or challenges in the initiatives 6. Design and implement special programs for the company - including (but not limited to) project design, the definition of metrics, creating the project plans, and continuously monitoring project progress. 7. Analyse internal & external data to drive key business & market insights. 8. Contribute to new product/ category development as per organization strategy. 9. Drive governance & ensure all key business metrics are attained. REQUIREMENTS: - 2-5 years of Consulting experience for the insurance industry in a Big 4 - Experience working with people at Senior/C-level - Deep analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ability to articulate complex thoughts through written/oral communication ABOUT RIA: - RIA is a tech company that leverages cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the insurance and healthcare industry.
