WHAT YOU WILL DO We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion to drive things forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives across multiple areas. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and creating impact across multiple areas. The Manager, Founder's Office would be expected to: 1. Provide critical support to the founder(s) and play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives of the organization. 2. Be the program manager for organization-wide initiatives including: 3. Ensuring timely execution of required tasks 4. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders 5. Early recognition and highlighting of any expected roadblocks or challenges in the initiatives 6. Design and implement special programs for the company - including (but not limited to) project design, the definition of metrics, creating the project plans, and continuous monitoring of project progress. 7. Analyze internal & external data to drive key business & market insights. 8. Contribute to new product/category development as per organization strategy. 9. Drive governance & ensure all key business metrics are attained. REQUIREMENTS - 2-5 years of Consulting experience for the insurance industry in a Big 4 - Experience working with people at Senior/C-level - Deep analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ability to articulate complex thoughts through written/oral communication ABOUT RIA RIA is an InsurTech company working on multiple initiatives within the insurance industry.
