Job Requirements: - Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including detailed 3-statement Forecasting and multiple scenario analysis - Knowledge of Valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions - Analyzing Company Reporting documents to create Pitch Books, Company Profiles, Information Memorandums, Sector Reports, Newsletters, Competitive Financial Benchmarking, Target/Buyer Screening, Trading, and Transaction Comps. - Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc. - Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ and FactSet - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
