RFP Writer - Fixed Income

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience & Education:

- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in RFPs and the asset management industry required. Direct experience crafting and managing Fixed Income RFP content is mandatory.

- Education: MBA in Finance and completion of CFA Level II required.

Domain & Technical Expertise:

- Fixed Income Knowledge: Strong understanding of the broader fixed income market and the asset management industry, with a demonstrated ability to grasp complex investment philosophies, research strategies, and product lifecycle processes.

- Systems Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word) and a proven track record of rapidly learning internal systems and software applications.

- Project Management: Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to prioritize competing tasks, build in interim review steps, and manage complex projects to meet strict deadlines.
