As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical implementation and delivery of our software products. You will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled engineers, providing technical guidance, and driving efficient and effective project execution. Responsibilities : Team Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance and support. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. - Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives. Project Management : - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. - Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines. Technical Expertise : - Possess a deep understanding of Core Java and related technologies. - Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the team in software design, development, and implementation. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Core Java development. Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Technology driven projects. - Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, leading and managing teams. - Strong knowledge and expertise in Core Java, along with related frameworks and tools. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. - Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
