Job Summary: As a Presales Consultant for B2B/SaaS (Business-to-Business/Software-as-a-Service), your role is to support the sales team by providing business expertise and guidance during the pre-sales process. Your primary goal is to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our SaaS product to potential customers and help them understand how it can address their specific business needs. Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with a Presales Consultant: - Product Knowledge: Gather Deep understanding of our SaaS product, including its features, functionalities, and benefits. Stay updated on the latest product updates and enhancements. - Functional Expertise: Possess a strong functional background to effectively communicate and address inquiries, concerns, and requirements. - Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design customized solutions based on customer needs and requirements. - Demonstrations and Presentations: Prepare Pitch to conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and customers, highlighting key features, use cases, and benefits. Understand how these factors may impact the SaaS product and its value proposition. - Education Background: Bachelor's/Master's Degree from a Premium College with 1+ Year of experience as a Management Consultant or Presales Consultant. - Strong Communication skills both verbal & written - Overall, by effectively demonstrating the value and capabilities of the SaaS product, you help prospects make informed decisions and contribute to driving successful sales outcomes.
