Vice President - Growth - Lead Pan India sales team. - Responsible for P&L of India Sales. - Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements as an when needed. - Analyze business potential and implement plans to drive channels for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover, and achieving desired targets. - Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with target organizations (Pan India) and Key clients. - Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve the market share. - Provide leadership to the sales organization's management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behaviour. - Get involved in budgeting, target setting, strategizing, relationship building and team motivation. - Conduct promotional activities in the market, attend trade shows, plan trade events & participation in trade shows to maximize the sales output and increase visibility. - Review existing sales team performance and guide them for effective approach and better growth. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure all sales targets are met. - Leading, recruiting, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets. - Providing valuable input which influences the shape and direction of team strategy. - Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance in team members.
