Job Summary:

- We are inviting experienced candidates from Engineering, Metals, Mining and Mineral Processing industries, to drive our Procurement, Supply Chain operations and allied functions

- Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech / M.Tech - Mechanical / Mineral processing, with min 15+ years of experience in leading the function, from similar domain/industries, Procurement skills with complete Raw Material Handling Systems (Jaw crushers, Cone Crushers, Conveyors, Bucket elevators, Screens, Decks, Silos, Vertical shaft grinding, Ball mills, Automatic packing system etc.,)

- Must be a go-getter, with inclination for challenging assignments and steer end-to-end supply chain wheel, while enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

- Incumbent should drive CAPEX / OPEX purchases, Spares for entire RMHS stream, logistics, vendor development, freight forwarders, Imports and exports, Contract management with documentation and its processes

Key Responsibilities:

1: Purchasing & Procurement: Drive and oversee both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, with CAPEX and OPEX purchases, HEMM machineries and equipment, ensuring cost-efficient procurement of goods and services.

2: Contract Management: Excellent drafting of contractual agreements ensuring full proof coverage for related compliances, taxes and statutes

3: Vendor Development & Management: evaluate existing vendors along with identifying and developing new vendors. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality supply and timely delivery.

4: Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of logistics (Surface/Sea/Air), transportation, warehousing, including handling all aspects of material movement by Road/Rail/Sea/Air Containers, bulk vessels Exports/Imports etc.,

5: Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.

6: Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw material, finished goods, stores,etc to prevent overstocking or shortages. Implement inventory strategies to optimize working capital while maintaining the supply chain's agility.

7: Vendor Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular audits and assessments of vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental laws.

8: Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, production, and finance, to align supply chain activities to meet with business goals.

9: Data Analysis & Reporting: Submit periodic MIS, analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement. Present findings and strategies to TOP management.

10: Safety : Men and Material safety

Skills:

1: Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management/administration.

2: Well versed with MS Office tools, supply chain software's, implementation of advanced systems (SAP/ERP)

3: Strong leadership abilities, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills and very good in communication skills

4: Strong understanding of industry-specific supply chain challenges.

5: Knowledge of Telugu language will be an added advantage
