We have 500+ global retail partnerships and offer our clients reward programs, nuanced customer segmentation, data-centric campaigns, and big data analytics. - Our multidisciplinary team of technology experts, product engineers, data scientists, client relationship managers and customer experience professionals work together with our clients to enable loyalty by enhancing customer acquisition, engagement and retention. - Currently we are looking for a R360 is looking for Associate Director - Sales and Strategic Alliances. What you' ll do : - Work with leadership to draw long term strategy for R360 to be platform of choice and create business pitches for different businesses/brands across the industry to form a strong coalition network for different programs/platforms across different business accounts. - Define the economic, strategic cost-benefit model for different industries/segments. - Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships that can drive more traction on our programs/platforms - Work with global brands to identify opportunities for Indian and other markets. - Create an operational model to manage the entire process end to end - leads to closure. - Manage and track various KPIs, KRAs for the alliances and partnership vertical. - Work with finance, legal, product and marketing to execute various strategic alliances and partnerships What you'll need : - An alliance expert who has 10+ years of experience in exploring and forming partnerships with different industries and markets - S/He has built partnerships from scratch and have grown them into measurable and significant success in your past assignments - S/He uses data and interpersonal relationships to drive conversations and win alliances - S/He understands importance of working with teams both internally and externally and hence is apt in stake holder management - S/He has a decent understanding of web and mobile technology - Previous experience of working in B2C brand partnership would be a huge plus.
