Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Business Development to lead growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and enterprise client acquisition. This role is ideal for a high-performing leader who can scale revenue, expand markets, and build long-term partnerships in a B2B / enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute business development and growth strategy aligned with company objectives
- Drive enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and partner-led revenue growth
- Identify new markets, client segments, and monetization opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value B2B deals
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Client Success teams
- Track KPIs, revenue metrics, and growth performance
- Represent Reward360 in industry forums and partner discussions
Candidate Profile:
Mandatory Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 / Premium Institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, or equivalent)
- 8-14 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or growth roles
- Proven track record of closing large-value B2B deals
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, negotiations, and strategic planning
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in SaaS, loyalty platforms, fintech, customer engagement, or digital ecosystems
- Exposure to global markets or multi-region sales
