Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate/Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition to join our People Operations Team. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting hiring needs across tech and non-tech domains in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3-6 Years
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various tech and non-tech roles
- Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking, and talent communities
- Build, engage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct screening, assessments, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring plans
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track TA metrics, maintain dashboards, and support data-driven hiring decisions
- Manage agency interactions and ensure alignment with hiring needs
- Strengthen the Employer Brand through effective communication and candidate engagement
- Maintain speed, quality, and ownership across all hiring activities
Required Skillsets:
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment across tech or non-tech roles
- Hands-on exposure to sourcing through multiple channels including social platforms and professional networks
- Experience working in product companies, startups, or recruitment agencies
- Understanding of recruiting practices, market trends, and TA methodologies
- Ability to manage high hiring volumes with speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in TA tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and hiring managers effectively
