Job Description:

- The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and should have a solid background in the Banking, Fintech or PG.

- This is an on-site role based in Bangalore, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple systems and reports.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in transaction data by liaising with banks, payment processors, and internal teams.

- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track reconciliation metrics and financial performance.

- Prepare accurate MIS, dashboards and billing reports and present insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.

- Ensure financial integrity and mitigate financial liability through rigorous oversight and control measures.

- Automate reconciliation and reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.

- Knowledge of SQL will be a plus

- Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Operations teams to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.

- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation processes and reports.

- Will be required to handle large-scale financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

- Managing billing and related reconciliation

- Monitor and analyse key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Key Skills & Tools:

Must Have:

- Expertise in Reconciliation and Billing Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc. )

- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau

- Interest and understanding of revenue numbers and related KPIs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of UPI, RTGS, IMPS, and other digital payment systems

- Knowledge to SQL

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in the banking sector, fintech, or payment gateway companies

- Strong understanding of financial operations and digital payments ecosystem

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Additional certifications in analytics or finance is a plus
