Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead diverse software development projects.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
- Create and manage detailed project documentation (project plans, schedules, status reports, etc.
- Ensure adherence to agile/scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee software quality by collaborating with QA teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track project performance and KPIs; use data to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Technical background or hands-on development experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or ClickUp.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM is a plus.
