Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients in the IT domain.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust business strategies proactively.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, pitches, and contracts to secure new business.
- Manage the business development teams activities, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and team management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
