Role: Revenue Solutions Lead


We are hiring a Revenue Solutions Lead to design and embed AI-powered, data-driven go-to-market (GTM) and revenue solutions across a global sales organisation. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing, with responsibility for improving sales execution, forecasting, and commercial effectiveness.

This is a strategic, solution-design and stakeholder-facing role focused on commercial problem-solving and scalable revenue enablement.

Role Overview:

The Revenue Solutions Lead will partner with global sales leadership and frontline teams to identify revenue challenges, design scalable solutions, and support adoption of tools, workflows, and automation initiatives. The role requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and experience working in high-growth SaaS environments.

This is not a quota-carrying or pure technical engineering role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design AI-enabled and data-driven GTM solutions to improve pipeline health and revenue performance

- Partner with sales leadership to identify revenue optimisation opportunities

- Translate commercial challenges into scalable solution designs

- Lead rollout and adoption of sales tools, workflows, and initiatives globally

- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

- Drive system improvements and automation for better sales productivity

- Support forecasting accuracy and performance management

- Facilitate alignment between technical and commercial stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

- MBA / Engineering / Business / Technology background preferred

- Relevant certifications in Sales Ops / RevOps / CRM / SaaS preferred

Experience:


- Experience in Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, Solutions, Sales Engineering, or Implementation roles

- Strong exposure to CRM platforms, especially Salesforce and integrated ecosystems

- Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders

- Global / multi-region exposure preferred

- Experience in SaaS / Technology companies is an advantage

Technical & Functional Skills:


- Strong understanding of GTM and sales methodologies

- CRM and analytics exposure

- Revenue operations and pipeline management expertise

- Knowledge of AI and automation in commercial processes

- Stakeholder management and presentation skills

- Process design and solution architecture mindset

Special Requirements:

- Commercially driven with strong analytical capability

- Comfortable working with global remote teams

- Strong change management and adoption experience

- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
