Job Title: Revenue Planner

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Level: 2-4 years

Job Purpose:

The Revenue Planner is responsible for bridging the gap between creative vision and commercial reality. You will develop data-driven forecasts while ensuring every revenue-generating activity - from product launches to seasonal sales - aligns with the brands identity and long-term positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Forecasting & Inventory Planning

- Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and seasonal revenue targets across all channels (D2C, Wholesale, E-commerce)

- Monitor and manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget to ensure inventory levels are optimized against sales velocity.

Strategic Brand Alignment

- Collaborate with the Design and Merchandising teams to ensure the product mix supports both "Core" (steady revenue) and "Statement" (brand-building) pieces.

- Analyze the ROI of brand-building initiatives (e.g., pop-ups, influencer collaborations) to ensure they drive long-term customer lifetime value (LTV).

- Ensure pricing strategies reflect the brand's market positioning while hitting target margins.

Performance Analytics & Insights

- Track and report on key retail KPIs: Sell-through rates, Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Markdown impact.

- Conduct post-season "wash-up" analyses to identify why certain collections over- or under-performed.

- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional calendars to mitigate market risks.

Inventory & Lifecycle Management

- Work with the Supply Chain team to manage stock aging and minimize terminal inventory.

- Design promotional and exit strategies (e.g., archive sales) that protect brand equity while clearing warehouse space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-4 years in merchandise planning, revenue management, or retail strategy (in Fashion - Women Western wear)

- Analytical Prowess: Excel, PPT

- Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of the fashion calendar, seasonal trends, and consumer buying behavior

- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for creative teams and leaders

- Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion Management, MBA, B.Tech, or a related field
