
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to drive operational efficiency, streamline our go-to-market (GTM) motion, and enable data-driven decision-making across the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in aligning systems, processes, and performance metrics to help the GTM team scale with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Optimize RevOps Infrastructure:
- Design and manage end-to-end revenue operations systems across CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo etc.), automations, and reporting tools.
Sales Enablement & Process Improvement:
- Partner with the Sales & Growth teams to refine pipeline workflows, lead routing, and performance tracking.
Data & Reporting:
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for key GTM metrics to empower team with real-time insights.
Cross-functional Alignment:
- Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure GTM teams work toward shared goals and insights.
Revenue Tech Stack Ownership:
- Evaluate and implement tools to support scalable RevOps systems; manage integrations and data hygiene across platforms.
- AI led Automations: Partner with sales teams to design and execute GTM campaigns/ workflows and automations with the help of latest AI tools
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS or AI-focused startup.
- Deep familiarity with GTM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets, SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Bias for action and a passion for operational excellence.
