We are looking for a versatile and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to support our go-to-market strategy through a combination of Salesforce administration and business intelligence. This role will be split between managing our Salesforce environment and leveraging tools like Power BI and SQL to provide data-driven insights across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
What you'll do:
- Administer and configure Salesforce to support workflows, user access, data hygiene, and reporting needs
- Partner with GTM teams to streamline lead-to-close processes and improve CRM usability
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic decision-making
- Query and manipulate data using SQL to ensure accuracy and support complex analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure alignment of key performance metrics
You should have:
- 5-7 years experience in a revenue operations, Salesforce administration, or business intelligence role - preferably within technology, banking, asset management, or consulting, with a track record of top-quartile performance
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration; Salesforce Admin certification a plus
- 4+ years of experience creating and managing datasets for dashboards using PowerBI (or a similar BI tool))
- 4+ years of experience with SQL (or another analytics language)
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills
