Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to drive end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role focuses on building scalable GTM processes, improving pipeline efficiency, ensuring CRM adoption, and enabling data-driven decision making in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to optimize revenue processes, implement automation, and create actionable reporting and forecasting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM (workflows, reporting, integrations, data hygiene)
- Improve lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle tracking
- Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure CRM adoption
Reporting & Analytics:
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)
- Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting
- Provide insights to sales and leadership through data analysis
Process Optimization & Automation:
- Identify revenue process gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Automate workflows within CRM and RevOps tools
- Establish sales compensation tracking and performance visibility
Tech Stack & GTM Operations:
- Manage RevOps stack (HubSpot and sales/automation tools)
- Ensure integrations across sales, marketing, and customer success platforms
- Support 0- 1 and 1- 10 GTM process building in a startup environment
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on KPIs and processes
- Drive operational efficiency and revenue growth initiatives
- Lead or mentor junior team members and own RevOps initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years experience in RevOps / Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
- 2+ years CRM experience with minimum 6 months hands-on HubSpot
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies only
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Experience in process optimization, automation, and CRM adoption
- Exposure to GTM operations and startup/early-stage environments
- Ownership of cross-functional initiatives or mentoring 1-2 team members
- Experience with RevOps ecosystem tools (sales engagement, automation, enrichment, call intelligence platforms)
- Technical degree (Engineering/Tech) OR demonstrated strong analytical background
Preferred
- MBA or exposure to revenue strategy and compensation planning
