Roles and Responsibilities: - Closely work with the leadership team to make financial reports. - Analyze and prepare responses for RFPs - Proficient in developing pricing models, conducting pricing simulations, and negotiating with customers to secure profitable deals - Monitoring the performance/profitability of the deals with the customers (Financial institutions, Banks etc.). - Preparing financial models based on NPV and IRR valuation techniques with an emphasis on revenue share - Preparing detailed reports on the financial analysis and the risk mitigation strategies - Analyze past and current trends to develop strategies that will be used to capture market share and drive profitability; track the performance of these strategies as they materialize to evaluate continued or future implementation. - Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through appropriate pricing strategies - Compile Analysis Reports to analyze key drivers of market share performance and understand the overall effectiveness of strategies relating to revenue, sales etc. - Making Presentations to the customers and company leadership on new deals/ significant changes in the existing deals. - Provide after-sales support and devise solutions to any queries that new/existing customers may have. - Monitoring customer satisfaction and making adjustments as necessary to improve the customer experience. Skills/Education: - MBA Finance - Willing to travel within/outside India - Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills - Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Experience working with Spreadsheets, word processor and Presentation software
