Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Strategy: Define the long-term vision for product penetration and category growth among gym users. Build a clear, phased roadmap for driving first-time purchases and repeat sales.
- Drive Growth: Execute cross-channel campaigns across gyms, the app, CRM, and paid marketing channels. Continuously track performance metrics and optimize for better results.
- Build Awareness: Design and run targeted campaigns to improve category awareness and brand consideration within the gym user base. Work closely with brand marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
- Understand the Customer: Segment the user base to identify high-opportunity cohorts and behavioral patterns. Build tailored journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations, Product, Tech, and Category teams to ensure seamless execution and effective communication strategies.
- Lead and Mentor: Manage a small team (2-4 members) of cross-sell and growth specialists to ensure high performance and accountability.
