We are partnering with a leading consumer tech company to hire a Revenue Head for a key business vertical. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end P&L ownership by driving revenue strategy, growth, and demand generation.
Role Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the overall revenue charter for the business, including strategy, execution, and scaling of online revenue streams. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, analytics, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the revenue P&L for the business vertical
- Define and execute growth strategy across digital channels
- Lead demand generation, customer acquisition, and monetization initiatives
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to enhance user funnels and conversion metrics
- Build and lead high-performing teams to scale the business
Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience in online revenue, growth, or demand generation roles
- Strong track record of scaling digital / online businesses
- Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, fintech, or digital-first organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
