Revenue Controller - CA

About the Role:

We are currently hiring for a fast-growing D2C consumer brand that is scaling rapidly across marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C, and offline retail channels. The company operates in a high-growth environment with a strong focus on profitable and sustainable growth.

The brand is looking to hire a Finance Revenue Controller to own end-to-end revenue assurance, receivables management, credit control, and channel reconciliations across online and offline business channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving financial controls, working capital efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced consumer business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage distributor and channel receivables, credit limits, collections, and ageing analysis

- Drive revenue assurance through accurate reconciliations across marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C, and offline channels

- Monitor trade schemes, credit notes, claims, returns, and deductions to minimize revenue leakages

- Own gross-to-net revenue tracking, revenue recognition, and channel-wise profitability analysis

- Track key working capital metrics including DSO, credit exposure, and collection efficiency

- Build MIS reports and provide visibility on receivables, deductions, net revenue realization, and financial risks

Requirements:

- CA with 2-4 years of experience or non-CA with 47 years of relevant experience

- Strong experience in receivables management, revenue assurance, credit control, or trade finance

- Hands-on exposure to distributor reconciliations, marketplace settlements, returns, and platform deductions

- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with large datasets

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and cross-functional stakeholder management
