We are hiring for a fast-growing 0- 1 D2C consumer & lifestyle brand. Looking for a strong analytical and commercial leader to own revenue growth, P&L management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall revenue growth, P&L, profitability, and performance across categories and business lines.

- Drive pricing strategy, promotions, and monetization initiatives to improve margins and conversion.

- Build dashboards, track key metrics, and enable data-backed decision making across revenue and commercial functions.

- Identify growth opportunities and optimize inventory, pricing, and category performance.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, Business Analytics, Consulting, or D2C startups.

- Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing, inventory, and online retail dynamics.

- Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- High ownership mindset with comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
