Revenue Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities

Process Implementation & Change Management

- Lead the implementation of new revenue accounting processes resulting from changes in airline operations.

- Act as the subject matter expert for GDS, BSP, and Interline revenue accounting processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Best Practices & Process Optimization

- Introduce and embed best practices in revenue accounting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Streamline existing processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance automation.

System Integration & Projects

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful integration of revenue accounting systems with GDS, BSP, and interline platforms.

- Support UAT, system testing, and validation for new implementations.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Commercial, Operations) and external partners (GDS providers, BSP, interline carriers).

- Provide expert guidance and training to the revenue accounting team.

Governance & Reporting

- Establish robust controls and reconciliation processes to ensure revenue integrity.

- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management on revenue accounting performance and project progress.
