Customer Success Manager
REVE Chat is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager based in India to manage and grow relationships with our global customer base. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive maximum value from our AI-powered live chat and chatbot platform.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS or customer-facing tech roles, who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers achieve success through technology.
Location: Dubai (Remote Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Primarily aligned with US and European time zones
Compensation - No bar for right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from on-boarding through adoption and long-term success.
- Understand each customers business goals and recommend solutions using REVE Chats features and capabilities.
- Conduct virtual on-boarding, product demos, and training sessions tailored to various use cases.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to reduce churn.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and work cross-functionally with product and support teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify up-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help shape the product road-map and improve customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM and support tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience managing international customers, particularly in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with tools like Hub-spot, Intercom, Zen-desk, or similar platforms.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US/European time zones.
- Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred for this role
