Revalsys Technologies - Product Owner & IT Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Owner & IT Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flow documents.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

- Coordinate product releases, UAT, defect tracking, and post-release support.

- Conduct client demos, stakeholder meetings, and project status updates.

- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining project and product documentation.

- Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
