Analyst - eCommerce Operations

Description:

- Lead the end-to-end sales-to-order cycle, ensuring precise and timely management of orders.

- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly business MIS with a focus on actionable insights.

- Create and update sales orders, purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers for order fulfillment.

- Liaise with logistics and sales teams to troubleshoot operational issues and drive smooth workflow.

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all e-commerce transactions are reconciled.

- Apply advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, reporting, formulas) to optimize operations and reporting.

- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with a proactive mindset.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven ability in Excel; experience with data analysis, reporting, automating sheets.

- 2-5 years in ecommerce operations, sales coordination, MIS, or similar analytical roles.

- Strong communication and vendor management skills.

- Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to task completion.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a start-up attitude
