Role Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced Retention Marketing Manager to lead and execute retention initiatives that drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value (LTV). The ideal candidate will own both the strategy and execution of retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, building impactful customer journeys that enhance loyalty and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys focused on engagement, win-backs, and post-purchase communication.
- Build and launch targeted campaigns to drive repeat orders, increase LTV, and minimize churn.
- Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and cohort-level performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize content, timing, and targeting.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and customer experience teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Maintain and enhance the CRM tech stack to support scaling retention efforts.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with Email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
