The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing digital retention strategies that enhance customer lifetime value (CLV). Location: Gurugram Working Model: 5.5 (Alternate Saturday Working) Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing automation strategies, customer segmentation, and complex workflows to boost customer engagement, retention, and overall growth. - Strengthen data-driven decision-making by building customer intelligence frameworks, including churn prediction models and high-value customer identification. - Leverage customer segmentation techniques to craft personalized campaigns aimed at reducing churn and reactivating dormant users. - Track and analyze channel-level performance metrics, including visits, orders, revenue, and conversion rates, to optimize retention efforts. - Lead the loyalty program strategy by mapping user behavior, testing different engagement models, and overseeing the final rollout. - Implement strategies to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) while maximizing profitability. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in retention or growth roles within E-commerce or D2C brands. - Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, Netcore Cloud, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer insights and craft compelling retention strategies. - Hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
